But this time the hammer isn’t just lost, it has fallen into enemy hands. If Magnus Chase and his friends can’t retrieve the hammer quickly, the mortal worlds will be defenseless against an onslaught of giants. Ragnarok will begin. The Nine Worlds will burn. Unfortunately, the only person who can broker a deal for the hammer’s return is the gods’ worst enemy, Loki-and the price he wants is very high.

Mercy day was a great opportunity for the Learning Commons to set up a Second hand Book Sale Stall. No amount of rain could keep students away from a bargain at 0.50 cents per book. The tables were covered with Fiction titles that were weeded from our collection, from popular to not so popular reads. Most of our books went to happy new homes, Thank you girls! Keep up with the reading. Ms Ambrosini

The Floods are a family of Wizards and Witches. The parents, Nerlin and Mordonna, have seven children, some of whom were not created in the traditional way like you, but were made in the cellar underneath their house, using incredible mystical powers, a set of very shiny ‘Jamie Oliver’ saucepans and a small chemistry set. Books 1 – 6 are available to borrow from the Learning Commons.
